America’s Job Exchange (AJE) works with companies who have government contracts and need to be in compliance with Office of Federal Contracts Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements for equal opportunity hiring.
To serve our customers, AJE created a resource for finding diverse candidates through various channels such as community based organizations and One Stop career centers, and through events like job fairs and networking events. Using the AJE Outreach tool allows our customers to undertake, develop and record outreach activities as required by the OFCCP.
We quickly realized, however, that a bigger population can be served by making these resources available and free to use. And RecruitLocal was launched.
